fa06 : 0x2A06 (Communication command1)

7.1.1.
Set fa06 to 0 (bit 7: DC braking and bit 10: Run/stop) after power-on or reset. The drive isn't able to
run if fa06 isn't set to 0. This function is for safety to protect an unexpected run.
