Time server
The following describes how the Windows time server is used. To guarantee a unified time stamp
in the security and event log, it is important that the time stamp in the system is synchronized
with the surrounding components.
Alternatively, a dedicated time server can also be used. In this case it, the port for the time
server must also be enabled.
Note
NTP setting
The system is supplied with preconfigured NTP settings. If another NTP configuration (e.g.
internal time server) is required, then trained personnel can adapt this in the commissioning
phase.

Procedure
1. Open the Windows Control Panel.
2. Open the date and time settings. To do this, click on link "Date and Time".
3. Click on button "Change time zone".
4. Set the time zone to "(UTC) Coordinated Universal Time". Click "OK" to confirm your settings.
5. Switch to tab "Internet Time".
