Data Scrambling for DDR5
Select Enable to enable data scrambling for DDR5 modules to enhance memory data
security. The options are Disable and Enable.
Enable ADR
Select Enable for Asynchronous DRAM Refresh (ADR) support to enhance memory
performance. The options are Disable and Enable.
Legacy ADR Mode
Use this feature to support the Legacy ADR mode to enhance memory performance. The
options are Disable, Enable, and Auto.
DDR 2x Refresh Enable
Select Enable for memory 2X refresh support to enhance memory performance. The
options are Disable, Enable, and Auto.
CXL Type 3 Legacy
Use this feature to enable or disable legacy support for CXL Type 3 devices. The options
are Enable and Disable.
Volatile Memory Mode
Use this feature to select 1LM or 2LM mode for volatile memory. With 2LM memory
mode, the BIOS will try to configure 2LM. If the BIOS is unable to configure 2LM, volatile
memory mode will fall back to 1LM. The options are 1LM and 2LM.
Memory Topology
This feature displays the information of onboard memory modules as detected by the
BIOS.
