Note 3: If you purchase a Supermicro Out of Band (OOB) software license key
(Supermicro P/N: SFT-OOB-LIC), DO NOT change the IPMI MAC address. Once the
Mac address has been changed, the OOB license key will be invalid.
Note 4: Supermicro ships standard products with a unique password for the BMC
ADMIN user. This password can be found on a label on the motherboard.
