VIII. Troubleshooting
Problem
There is leakage.
No water comes
out from the faucet.
The �ow rate gets
slower.
No water runs to the
drain
Poor outlet water
quality.
Possible cause
The components are damaged.
The pipes or �lters are not
connected properly.
The cold water valve or three-way
ball valve is not turned on.
The pipes are twisted or bend
seriously.
The three-way ball valve is not
turned on completely.
Filter is clogged.
Inlet water pressure is low.
The drain water pipe is twisted
or the RO �lter is damaged.
Filter has reached the end of life.
The system hasn't been used for
some time.
Turn off the three-way wall valve,
and contact consumer care.
Check whether the �lters are not
installed in place or pipes are not
screwed tightly.
Turn on the valve to test again.
Check all the water pipes,
including inlet water pipe, drain
water pipe, pure water pipe and
water tank pipe to make sure
water can go through the pipes
smoothly.
Make sure the three-way ball
valve is turned on completely.
Replace a new �lter or contact
the consumer care.
Wait until the inlet water pressure
gets stable, or install a pressure
boost before the system if the
inlet water pressure is constantly
lower than 0.3MPa.
Change the drain water pipe
or RO �lter. Contact consumer
care if necessary.
Replace the �lter.
Check routine maintenance in
chapter VI.
