VIII. Troubleshooting
Problem
No water comes
out from the
faucet.
The �ow rate gets
slower.
Poor outlet water
quality.
Error indicator lights
up in red, and there
are beeps.
Filter lifetime
indicators don't light
up when the faucet
is turned on.
The reset button
doesn't work.
The �ush button
doesn't work.
Possible cause
Cold water valve or the three-way
ball valve is turned off.
The system is not connected
with power.
Filter is blocked.
Inlet water pressure is low.
Filter has reached the end of life.
The system hasn't been used
for some time.
The inlet water quality is poor.
The system has been �ltering
water continuously for 2 hours.
The PCB board is damaged.
The electronic module is
damaged.
Didn't press the button long
enough to trigger the reset.
The button module is damaged.
Turn on the valves.
Check if the power adapter is
connected to the system and
the power socket properly.
Replace the �lter.
Wait until the inlet water pressure
gets stable, or install a pressure
boost before the system if the
inlet water pressure is constantly
lower than 0.1 MPa.
Replace the �lter.
Turn on the faucet and allow
the water to run for 5 minutes.
Always use municipal tap water
as the water source. Do not use
water that is microbiologically
unsafe or of unknown quality
without adequate disinfection
before or after the system.
Unplug the system, wait for
1 minute, and plug in again to
shoot the trouble.
