WVR5200 Waveform Rasterizer Specifications and Performance Verification
The following tables list the specifications for the Tektronix WVR5200 Waveform
Rasterizer. Items listed in the Performance Requirement column are generally
quantitative and can be tested by the Performance Verification procedure in
Section 2 of this manual. Items listed in the Reference Information column are
useful operating parameters that have typical values; information in this column
is not guaranteed.
The specifications listed in the Electrical Specifications portion of these tables
apply over an ambient temperature range of +0 °C to +40 °C. The rated accuracies
are valid when the instrument is calibrated in an ambient temperature range of
+20 °C to +30 °C.
