1. Power on the instrument you are upgrading. 2. Press the CONFIG button on the front panel. 3. Navigate to Utilities > View Instrument Options. 4. Make a list of the installed options. List installed options WFM520UP and WVR520UP Upgrade Kit Instructions... -

On the PC, open your Web browser application. b. In the address bar of the Web browser, enter the IP address of the instrument you are upgrading. This opens the Tektronix WFM5200 Remote Interface screen. c. Click the Instrument Options link to open the Active WFM5200 Options screen. -
