Insert an SD memory card in the HPB.

Press (SYS) on the initial
menu screen.
The SYS (system) mode screen appears.

Press (B.UP).
The screen changes to the data backup
mode.

Press (CARD).
The screen changes to the memory card
mode.

Press (SAVE).

Specify the data to be saved.
• Press (ALL) to save all data (pro-
gram, point and parameter data).
• Press (ALM) to save the alarm
history.
• Press (ERR) to save the error
history.
