3. INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION
3.1. Prior to Installation
Prior to installing the heater, study the instructions
for installation, as well as checking the following
points:
Is the output and type of the heater suitable for
•
the sauna room? The cubic volumes given in
table 2 should be followed.
Are there a sufficient number of high quality
•
sauna stones?
Is the supply voltage suitable for the heater?
•
The location of the heater fulfils the minimum
•
requirements concerning safety distances given
in figures 2–6 and table 2.
3.8. Resetting the Overheat Protector
•
It is absolutely necessary to ensure that the instal-
lation is carried out according to these values. Ne-
glecting them can cause a risk of fire.
Only one electrical heater may be installed
•
in the sauna room. Multiple heaters can be
installed and used in the sauna room only
if they share the same control unit (Griffin
Multidrive).
The heater should be installed so that the
•
warning texts on the cover of the junction box
can also be read without difficulty after the
installation.
PO heaters have not been approved to be
•
installed in a recess in the wall or floor.
Note! Control panel and power unit must be installed in a
dry place; away from spa, pool or shower; not outdoors. A
receptacle shall not be installed inside the sauna room.
Remarque ! Le tableau de commande et le bloc d'alimentation
doivent être installés dans un endroit sec en intérieur à l'écart
des spas, des piscines et des douches. Aucun récipient ne doit

3. INSTRUCTIONS D'INSTALLATION
La puissance et le type du poêle à installer sont
adaptés au sauna en question. Le volume du
sauna ne doit être ni inférieur ni supérieur à
celui indiqué dans le tableau 2.
Les pierres sont de bonne qualité et leur
quantité est suffisante
La tension d'alimentation convient au poêle
L'emplacement du poêle répond aux exigences
de distances de sécurité minimales données
dans les figures 2–6 et le tableau 2.
3.8. Réinitialisation de la sécurité-surchauffe
Le sauna ne doit être équipé que d'un seul
poêle électrique. Le nombre des pôeles peut
être multiplié seulement s'ils ont commandés
par la même l'unité de contrôle (Griffin
Multidrive).
Le poêle doit être installé de sorte à ce que les
textes d'avertissement situés sur le couvercle
de la boîte de raccordement puissent être lus
facilement après l'installation.
Les poêles PO ne sont pas conçus pour
être installés dans le recoin d'un mur ou le
renfoncement d'un sol.
