Completion and commissioning
Functional testing of the heating circuit (system pres-
sure, function of diaphragm expansion vessel, flow
rate settings). Responsibility for the system remains
with the system installer.
Checking the flow rates.
Checking that all shut-off valves are open.
Checking the electrical connections to the system
components including all required safety devices.
Switching on the main power circuit (3-phase supply
to heat pump).
Switching on the power supply to the control circuit.
System configuration.
Checking the sensor configuration.
Conducting a relay test on the outputs.
Making customer-specific settings on the heat pump
system.
Producing a commissioning report and completing
the entries in the service book.
Handing the system over to the system user or end
customer.
Explanation of the basic functions of the heat pump
system (controller operation, etc.).
Preparation of a Declaration of Conformity according
to the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU for
the entire system (in countries where the Pressure
Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU is valid).
Note
If the system is not commissioned by OCHSNER
customer service, but by a customer service part-
ner authorised by OCHSNER, a declaration of
conformity in line with Pressure Equipment Direc-
tive 2014/68/EU must be issued by this partner.
Note
OCHSNER Customer Service will provide an ex-
planation of the basic functions of the heat pump
system (controller operation, etc.). If the system
user is not present for commissioning, the system
installer will assume responsibility for this explana-
tion. Instruction on the functionality of the overall
system is the responsibility of the system installer.
