PRI/NI2 and PRI2/EURO D-channel interfaces.
The example given in the tables is specific to EURO and NI2 interfaces.
However, PRI D-channel in the PRI Gateway is also supported on other
interface types as well.
For CTYP=MSDL configuration, CS 1000 Release 5.0 software is flexible.
An E1/T1 span can use port 0 or port 1 of the DDCH along with MG_CARD
prompt added to support the Media Gateway Controller (MGC).
