2.2.4 Peripheral functions

List of the peripheral functions used in this system is given in Table 2-5.

2.2.4.1 RA6T2
(1). 12-bit A/D Converter (12ADC)
Phase current (with an 1shunt resistance), inverter bus voltage (Vdc) and rotation speed command (VR1)
are measured in "Single scan mode" (use a hardware trigger).
Detection of the phase current uses FIFO function.
A/D conversion is implemented to be synchronized with carrier synchronized interrupt by using direct link
function to GPT.
(2). Low Power Asynchronous General-Purpose Timer (AGT)
The AGT is used as 1 [ms] interval timer.
(3). General PWM Timer (GPT)
On the channel 4, 5, and 6, output with dead time is performed by using the Triangle-wave PWM mode 3.
(4). Port Output Enable for GPT (POEG)
The port executing PWM output are set to high impedance state when an overcurrent is detected (when a
low level of the GTETRGD port is detected) .
