Testing on the exclusive DSC distress
and safety calling channels should be
avoided as much as possible by using
other methods.
Normally the test call would require no
further communications between the
two stations involved.
q Push [Compose Non-Distress]
to display the Compose Non-Distress
screen.
• To display the screen from the Menu
screen:
([MENU] > Compose Non-Distress)
w Select "Message Type," then
push [ENT].
e Select "Test Call."
r Select "Address," then push [ENT].
