POSSIBLE REMEDY
•
Connect hydraulic circuits to tractor properly
•
Actuate proper hydraulic valve
•
Check quick-couplers to be certain they are
completely engaged
•
Replace clogged hydraulic filter in tractor
•
Fill tractor hydraulic oil to proper level
•
Repair or replace cylinder as needed
•
Remove part of the load
•
Use power unit capable of providing 2250 psi.
minimum pressure

Replace worn hydraulic pump on tractor
•
Trace hydraulic circuit and connect so front and rear
lift cylinders lift in series, & the dump cylinders are
plumbed in parallel
•
Dump box on level surface

Actuate lift/dump cylinders to fully extend and retract
to purge the system of air

Add hydraulic oil to the towing vehicles

Change power unit to provide a minimum
reservoir capacity of 20.1 galIons

Use a power unit capable of providing 34.1 GPM
