Final drive chain off or broken
Drive motor faulty or worn out
Key sheared on motor drive
Final drive sprockets broken
Feed left in door opening
Door bent or sprung
Top hinge pins binding
Feed left in door opening
Door bent or sprung
Door hinge pins binding

REMEDY
Engage truck PTO
Check hydraulic couplers to make
sure they are connected. Replace
if faulty couplers are found
Check flow and pressure in truck.
Should have minimum 35 G.P.M
and 2900 PSI
Replace or repair final drive chain
Repair or replace faulty drive
motor
Replace sheared key on motor
Replace sprockets
Clean feed out of door opening
Straighten or replace rear door
Lubricate top hinge pins
Clean feed out of door opening
Straighten or replace rear door
Lubricate door hinge pins
