Seat and armrest heating
Principle
The system heats seats and armrests as
needed.
General information
Seat heating can also be used without arm-
rest heating. Deactivate the armrest heating as
needed.
If the trip is continued within approx. 15 mi-
nutes after an intermediate stop, the functions
are turned on automatically with the tempera-
ture that was last set.
Turning the seat heating on/off
1. "CLIMATE MENU" tap in the center of the
climate control bar.
2. Seat heating.
3. Select the desired setting.
If a consumption-optimized driving mode is se-
lected, the heater output is reduced.
Turning the armrest heating on/off
1. "CLIMATE MENU"
2. "Settings"
3. Select desired seat.
4. "Heat armrests and seat"
Turning the rear automatic climate
control seat heating on
Press the button once for each temper-
ature level.
The maximum temperature is reached
when three LEDs are illuminated.

Press and hold the button until the
LEDs turn off.
Active seat ventilation
Principle
The system cools the seat and backrest sur-
faces as necessary, ensuring a pleasant seat
temperature.
Switching the active seat ventilation
on/off
1. "CLIMATE MENU" tap in the center of the
climate control bar.
2. Seat ventilation.
3. Select the desired setting.
If a consumption-optimized driving mode is se-
lected, the cooling output is reduced.
Steering wheel heating
Principle
The system heats the steering wheel as nec-
essary.
Turning the steering wheel heating
on/off
1. "CLIMATE MENU" tap in the center of the
climate control bar.
2. steering wheel heating.
3. Select the desired setting.
If a consumption-optimized driving mode is se-
lected, the heater output is reduced.
