ELECTRIC SYSTEM - INSTALACIÓN ELÉCTRICA
versioni ELETTRICHE:
L'impianto elettrico include un "controller/inverter"
per controllo funzioni e allarmi, (vedere sezione "IN-
VERTER" fi g.15).
La motoscopa non va mai utilizzata fi no al completo
esaurimento delle batterie 1.
Il contaore sul cruscotto indica lo stato di carica della
batteria indicato da una serie di Led.
Quando si nota che le batterie si stanno esaurendo,
fermare la motoscopa e portare le batterie sotto cari-
ca nel seguente modo:
•
Staccare la spina 2 dalla presa 3.
•
Innestare la presa del carica batterie nella
spina 2.
!
Attenzione!
Collegare i cavi sul carica batteria prima di in-
nestare la presa del carica batteria. Utilizzare
carica batteria da 48 V.
Batterie
versioni ELETTRICHE:
Controllare ogni 8 ore il livello del liquido nelle batte-
rie mediante appositi tappi.
Manutenzione batterie
versioni ELETTRICHE:
Le batterie devono sempre essere tenute pulite ed
asciutte, in modo particolare le prese di estremità.
A seconda del lavoro della motoscopa, controllare il li-
vello dell'elettrolito nelle batterie, facendo il rabbocco
con acqua distillata, se necessario.
Controllare saltuariamente anche l'apparecchio di
carica. Il locale dove viene eff ettuata la carica deve
essere ventilato. Durante la carica, non avvicinarsi alle
batterie con fi amme libere.
!
Pericolo!
Il liquido batterie é corrosivo. I gas delle batte-
rie sono esplosivi. Non provocare cortocircuiti.
non invertire la polarità.

Attenzione!
In caso di smontaggio/montaggio della batteria
ricollegarla come da schema di collegamento
indicato sotto.
Autonomia
versioni ELETTRICHE:
La motoscopa ha un'autonomia di lavoro di circa 5/6
ore. Nel caso l'autonomia risultasse inferiore, eff ettua-
re i seguenti controlli:
•
Verifi care che la spazzola non prema più del
necessario a terra.
•
Verifi care che non vi siano corde, fi li di ferro,
ecc... Avvolti alla spazzola centrale o nei fi an-
chi della stessa, che potrebbero creare attriti
e, conseguentemente, un anormale assorbi-
mento.
•
Verifi care che la batteria all'inizio del lavoro
sia perfettamente carica.
IMPIANTO ELETTRICO
ELECTRIC Versions:
The electrical system includes a "controller/inverter" for
function and alarm control, (see fi g.15 "INVERTER" section).
Never continue operating the sweeper until the battery 1
runs completely fl at.
The hourmeter on the dashboard indicates also the status
of charge of the battery shown by the Leds.
As soon as the battery starts to run down, stop work and
recharge it as follow:
•
Disconnect plug 2 from socket 3.
•
Connect the battery charger socket to the plug 2.

Warning!
Connect the cables to the battery charger before
connecting the battery charger socket. Use a bat-
tery charger of 48V.
Battery
ELECTRIC Versions:
Check the electrolyte level in the battery at least every 8
hours and top up as necessary.
Battery maintenance
ELECTRIC Versions:
Keep the batteries dry and clean. Pay particular attention
to the terminals and terminal bolts.
At intervals depending on how much the sweeper is used,
check the level of the electrolyte. Top up with distilled wa-
ter if necessary. Periodically check the effi ciency of the
battery charger. Make sure that the area in which the bat-
tery is charged is well ventilated. Keep naked fl ames well
away from the battery, especially while it is being charged.

Warning!
The liquid is corrosive. battery gases are explosive.
never cause short-circuits.
Never reverse the polarity.

Caution!
In case of battery disassembly / assembly recon-
nect it as shown in the connection diagram shown
below.
Autonomy
ELECTRIC Versions:
The motor-sweeper has a working autonomy of about 5/6
hours. Perform the following checks if autonomy drops
below this value:
•
Check that the brush is not pressing too hard on
the fl oor.
•
Check that there is no string or wire, etc., Entan-
gled in or around the main brush which might
cause friction and increase power consumption.
•
Check that the battery is fully charged when you
start work.

El sistema eléctrico incluye un inversor ("controlador/inver-
sor") para los funciones y el control de las alarmas (véase la
sección "INVERSOR" fi g.16).
La barredora mecánica no debe utilizarse nunca hasta ago-
tar por completo las baterías.
El cuentahoras en el salpicadero indica también el estado
de carga de la baterìa mostrado por medio de Leds.
Cuando se nota que las baterías se están agotando, parar la
barredora mecánica y recargar las baterías de la siguiente
manera:
•
Desconectar el enchufe 2 de la toma 3.
•
Introducir la toma del carga-baterías en el enchu-
fe 2.

Conectar los cables al carga-baterías antes de in-
troducir la toma del carga-baterías. Utilizar un car-
ga-baterías de 48V.
Baterías
versiones ELÉCTRICAS:
Comprobar cada 8 horas el nivel del líquido de las baterías
a través de los tapones adecuados.
Mantenimiento de las baterías
versiones ELÉCTRICAS:
Las baterías deben mantenerse siempre limpias y secas,
especialmente las tomas de los extremos. En función del
trabajo de la barredora mecánica, comprobar el nivel de
electrolito de las baterías y añadir agua destilada cuando
sea necesario. Comprobar con frecuencia el carga-baterías.
El local donde se efectúe la recarga debe estar bien ventila-
do. No acercarse a las baterías con llamas libres durante la
operación de recarga.
!
El líquido de las baterías es corrosivo. Los gases de
las baterías son explosivos. No provocar cortocircu-
itos. No invertir la polaridad.
!
En caso de desmontaje / montaje de la batería, vuel-
va a conectarlo como se muestra en el diagrama de
conexión mostrado abajo.
Autonomia
versiones ELÉCTRICAS:
Esta barredora mecánica tiene una autonomía de trabajo
de unas 5/6 horas. Si la autonomía fuera inferior, efectuar
los siguientes controles:
•
Comprobar que el cepillo no presione el suelo
más de lo necesario.
•
Comprobar que no hayan cuerdas, alambres, etc.
Enrollados en el cepillo central o en los laterales
de éste; esto podría provocar fricciones y, en con-
secuencia, un consumo anormal.
•
Comprobar que la batería esté totalmente carga-
da antes de empezar el trabajo.
