Possible reasons
The MACS MiniSampler S
is not recognized by the
autoMACS NEO
Separator.
The driveway of the
carriage is blocked by an
object.
Solution
1 Shut down and switch off the
autoMACS NEO Separator.
2 Ensure that the power cable
of the MACS MiniSampler S is
connected correctly.
3 Check for cable damages.
4 Switch on again and power
up the autoMACS NEO
Separator.
Check for any resistance and

collision.
Remove all objects in the
l
driveway of the carriage.
