Fails an Initial Alignment

While the application software is loading the instrument will perform a total of 10
internal alignments before the analyzer begins to sweep. The alignment numbers,
descriptions and related hardware are described in the
Table 2-2 Initial Alignments

Using an external USB keyboard and mouse you can also access the alignment
history, which can be found in a text file at:
C:\ProgramFiles\Agilent\SignalAnalysis\Physics\AlignmentHistory.txt
You will find the most current alignment information at the bottom of this file.
Look for the failed alignments and troubleshoot the Related Hardware based on the
information provided in
