4.3.4 Putting away and retrieving the core temperature probe
For your safety when using the combi oven
Before starting work, it is essential that you familiarize yourself with the rules and hazard warnings
specified in the chapter 'For your safety on page 16' and in this instruction manual, and follow the in‐
structions given there.
Prior knowledge required
You need to know these operations:
Opening and closing the appliance door safely

The core temperature probe must be stowed away when it is not needed for the cooking operation.
Otherwise the probe risks getting damaged.

NOTICE! Keep the cable tidy.

door and the hygienic gasket when closing the appliance
