Phillips Screwdriver, Trim Tool

*Remove the (2) phillips screws from the side and (1) from underneath of the lower dash finish panel, as shown above.
O
*Disengage the (4) retaining tabs located on the side of the lower dash finish panel.
T
*Using a trim removal tool, carefully pry outward to release the (4) pressure clips on the top.
E
*Remove the OBDII connector from the panel.
*Disconnect the remaining connectors, if equipped.
10 mm Nut (Sedan, VIN starts with "5")
OR
10 mm Bolt (Coupe and Sedan, VIN starts with "K")
1/4" Drive Ratchet, 10 mm Socket
N
*Remove the (4) 10 mm bolts and (1) 10 mm nut (Sedan, VIN starts with "5") or (5) 10 mm bolts (Coupe and Sedan, VIN starts with
O
"K") securing the metal knee bolster panel.

*Remove the metal knee bolster panel from the vehicle.
