*Ensure connector is fully engaged and locked into the
ignition switch.
Wire Cutter
*Route the remote start harness 6-pin male and female

connectors under the steering column to the factory M03

ignition switch connector.

*Disconnect the factory male 6-pin M03 ignition switch
E
connector and plug in the corresponding remote start
harness connectors.
*Secure the factory male 6-pin M03 ignition switch
connector and the remote start harness female 6-pin
connector to the remote start harness with (2) large wire
ties, as shown. Trim off excess wire ties.
WARNING! Engine Stall Hazard.
the remote start wire harness, ensure the tilt/telescopic

steering column is fully extended, if equipped. Ensure
all connectors are fully engaged and locked in place.

the factory M45 key-in-sense connector.

*Disconnect the factory male 6-pin M45 key-in-

sense connector and plug in the corresponding
remote start harness connectors.
*Secure the factory male 6-pin M45 connector
and the remote start harness female 6-pin
connector to the vehicle wire harness with (2)
small wire ties, as shown. Trim off excess wire
ties.
