*Refer to Page 3 for T-Tap Installation Procedure.

*Observe the 1st character of the Vehicle Identification Number
(5 or K), located in the driver's door opening "B" pillar area.
*Using pliers, crimp a T-Tap on the Yellow wire located in
pin #5 ( "K" VIN-Code ) or pin #6 ( "5" VIN-Code ) of the 24-pin
MR11 male connector, located in the driver's "A" pillar.
*Connect the Yellow (Dome Light Output) wire from the remote start
harness to the Yellow wire (Pin #5 or Pin #6 of the MR11 connector)
by engaging the T-Tap.
*Secure the Yellow (Dome Light Output) wire to the vehicle wire
harness with (1) small wire tie, as shown. Trim off excess wire tie.
CAUTION! Ensure the correct pin location is identified. There
may be several wires of the same/similar color.

*Using pliers, crimp a T-Tap on the Yellow wire located in pin #6 of the
26-pin MR11 male connector, located in the driver's "A" pillar.
*Connect the Yellow (Dome Light Output) wire from the remote start
harness to the Yellow wire (Pin #6 of the MR11 connector) by engag-
ing the T-Tap.
*Secure the Yellow (Dome Light Output) wire to the vehicle wire
harness with (1) small wire tie, as shown. Trim off excess wire tie.
CAUTION! Ensure the correct pin location is identified. There
may be several wires of the same/similar color.
