Appendix — Removing Modules from the Cable Cubby F55 Edge
If the modules need to be replaced or removed from the Cable Cubby F55 Edge enclosure, the following diagrams show the procedure
for removing modules with the provided pry tool. This process applies to any compatible Flex55 and EU module.
NOTE: To verify the location of the locking tabs, check the module specifications (available at www.extron.com).

Insert pry tool
at the locking
tab location.
Two pry tools may
need to be used
simultaneously for
larger modules to
unhook.

To verify the location of the locking tabs,
check the module speci cations.
Unhook the other locking tabs, if applicable,
and remove the module.

Pull the pry tool away from
the module to unhook each
locking tab from the
mounting frame.

Repeat steps 1 and 2 to
unhook the locking tabs
on the other side of the module.
