RUNNING THE SOFTWARE WITH THE HARDWARE
CONNECTED
To run the program, take the following steps:
1. Click Start > All Programs > Analog Devices > AD8450
System Demo > AD8450-ADP1972 Demo.
2. If the SDP-S board is not connected to the USB port when
the software is launched, a connectivity error displays (see
Figure 12). Connect the evaluation board to the USB port
of the PC, wait a few seconds until the board appears in the
lower section of the window, and click Select (see Figure 12).

3. When the evaluation board is detected, the message in
Figure 13 displays. Click Select to continue.

4. The software then connects to the board, and the software
window opens.
