touch the gold contact area of the print
cartridge or the nozzles.
Insert the print cartridge into the print cartridge carrier.
Push back firmly on the cartridge until it snaps securely
into place.
Impor tant
The cartridges must be put in the correct position.
Black Cartridge on right side.
Colour Cartridge on left side.
Photo Cartridge replaces Black on right side.
Close the front cover.

Is the cartridge new? Press No if

Right Photo?
Is the photo cartridge in the right
hand carrier?

Check Right
Open front cover and place black
or photo cartridge in the right
Cart
hand carrier.

New Photo?
Is the cartridge new? Press No if
you are replacing a cartridge that
has just been removed for
cleaning.
