All software and drivers are installed under the name
Unimessage Pro.

Click Star t ,
•
Select Settings
•
Click Contr ol Panel
•
Double click Ad d/Remove Pr og r ams
•
Click Unimessa ge Pr o
•
Click the Ad d/r emove button to start the removal
process. On completion, it is recommended that you
restart your PC.
Please note
When using Unimessage Pro on a LAN, remove
Unimessage Pro on all the client workstations
before finally removing it from the server.
Upgrading Unimessage Pro
Unimessage Pro can be upgraded for several reasons,
including:

To support several users on a network (LAN).
•
To support more devices at the same time.

When using your Unimessage Pro software

Click Br owse folder s .
•
Click Devices in the left hand column to display the
Devices folder.

Highlight any active devices and click on the

Each user is granted one of 3 access levels -
Administrator, Supervisor or User - that determine what
they are allowed to do.
•
Define any SMTP and POP3 email servers that you want
to be available with Unimessage Pro.
Configure Unimessage Pro to use either your permanent
connection or an existing Windows Dial-Up Networking
connection to the Internet by selecting a device that can
support data connections, such as a modem on the port
that you have already defined a Windows Dial-Up
Networking connection.
Click Help to display the menu.
Click Live Upg r ade . A Unimessage Upgrade page
will be displayed.
Connect to the internet in your usual way.
On the Upgrade page, click on the Upgrade button
indicated to start the upgrade process.
If your copy of Unimessage Pro has been upgraded
and you are installing for use with a network, you can
create users during the installation process.
If your copy of Unimessage Pro has been upgraded to
include support for email devices and you have either
a permanent connection to the Internet or a Windows
Dial-Up Networking connection to the Internet, you
can configure Unimessage Pro to send and receive
email messages:
