If you send your diaphragm pump to M&C Customer Service for repair, then we require a fully completed RMA
Service Receipt. You can find the RMA Service Receipt on our website
Support Returns.
There you enter information about the pumped medium, especially about aggressive pumped media.
If hazardous or highly aggressive gases have been pumped with the pump, the pump must be cleaned before
shipment.
21 Proper disposal of the device
At the end of the life cycle of our products, it is important to take care of the appropriate disposal of obsolete
electrical and non-electrical devices. To help protect our environment, please follow the rules and regulations of
your country regarding recycling and waste management.
