6 Legal Information
6.1 Liability
The manufacturer's warranty applies only if the device has been used under
the conditions and for the purposes described. The manufacturer recom­
mends that the device be used and maintained according to the instructions
for use.
6.2 CE Conformity
This device meets the requirements of the 93 / 42 / EEC guidelines for med­
ical devices. This device has been classified as a class I device according to
the classification criteria outlined in appendix IX of the guidelines. The
declaration of conformity was therefore created by the manufacturer with
sole responsibility according to appendix VII of the guidelines.

2 Utilisation
2.1 Emploi prévu
L'orthèse est exclusivement destinée à un appareillage orthétique du tronc
et conçue uniquement pour entrer en contact avec une peau intacte.
L'orthèse doit être utilisée conformément aux indications médicales et aux
instructions du médecin.
2.2 Indications
• Faiblesse du maintien postural (dos rond sans fixation osseuse, maladie
de Scheuermann)
• Ostéoporose du rachis thoracique et lombaire
• Suivi des fractures ostéoporotiques du rachis thoracique et lombaire
