OPERATION AND CHECK BEFORE STARTING ENGINE
When starting the engine, check that the safety lock
lever is securely at the LOCK position.
If the control levers are not locked and they are
touched by accident when starting the engine, the
work equipment may move unexpectedly, and this
may lead to a serious accident.
When standing up from the operator's seat, always set
the safety lock lever to the LOCK position, regardless
of whether the engine is running or stopped.

Check that the brake pedal is locked with brake lock lever
(1). If this lever is not at the LOCK position, the engine
will not start.
