Working at high altitudes
In high altitude areas, the air-fuel mix in a standard carburetor is relatively thick, so the engine operating performance
will reduce, while the fuel consumption increases. At this point you can adjust the main jet on the carburetor (smaller),
while adjusting the ratio-mixing screw, then you can change the performance of the engine in high altitude areas. If
you are always using the generator at an altitude of 1500 meters or above, please let a
agent modify the carburetor.
Even with the appropriate main jet, the engine power will still drop by 3.5% as altitude increases every 305 meters. If
you do not make these adjustments, the impact of altitude on the power will be greater.
If the main jet is designed for high altitude areas but is operating at low altitudes, it may
cause decreased output power, overheating, or serious engine damage due to thin air-fuel
mix.
7.Operating the Generator
In order to prevent electric shock caused by improper use, the generator should be
grounded. Connect a thick cable between the ground terminal of the generator and the
external ground source.
If the unit is used as a backup power source for a building, the connection of the
generator to its power system shall be carried out by a professional electrician and
must comply with the applicable laws and regulations. Otherwise, the power of the
generator may impact on the public circuit. If the power company employees or
others touch the wire in the meantime, it will lead to injury or even death; At the
same time, due to the impact of electricity, the generator may explode, burn or cause
the building electricity equipment to fire.
When the generator is running continuously, do not exceed the rated power. In other cases,
