This chapter lists the technical specifications of the DHO4000 series oscilloscope.
DHO4000 series digital oscilloscope achieves 4 GSa/s sample rate, a fast waveform
capture rate of 1,500,000 wfms/s with the UltraAcquire mode, 500 Mpts memory
depth, 12-bit vertical resolution, all combined with excellent noise floor performance
and vertical accuracy to meet your requirements for more accurate measurements,
bringing extraordinary T&M experience for you.
To meet specifications, these conditions must be met:
• The instrument must have been calibrated in an ambient temperature between
18°C and 28°C.
• The instrument must be operating within the environmental limits. (For the
