Call Transfer

You can transfer a call to another party:
To perform a transfer:
1. Press
2. Enter the number you want to transfer the call to.
3. Press
Then the call is connected to the number to which you are transferring.

Conference

You can create a conference with other parties using the phone's local conference. You
can create a conference between an active call and a call on hold by pressing the Conf
soft key.
Note Network conference is not available on all servers. For more information, contact your
system administrator.
The T19P IP phone supports up to 3 parties (including yourself) in a conference call. This
is the default method of conference called Local Conference.
To set up a local conference call:
1. Place a call to the first party.
2. When the first party answers the call, press the NewCall soft key to place a new
call.
The active call is placed on hold.
3. Enter the number of the second party and press
4. When the second party answers the call, you can consult with him or her before
adding to the conference.
5. Press the Conf soft key again to join all parties in the conference.
You can press the Hold soft key to place the conference on hold. You can press the Split
soft key to split the conference call into two individual calls. To drop the conference call,
press the Cancel soft key.
