Programme stopped. Press
the start button.
Drive motor fault Programme
stopped. Press start. Motor
overheating.
Imbalance fault Call the
Service Department if restart
does not work.
Drain valve fault Call the
Service Department if restart
does not work.
Dispensing system fault Fill
dispenser ??. Press the start
button.
Possible cause and remedy
The washing machine must be serviced by customer
service.
Call Miele Professional Service.
A fault has been detected in the water intake.
Check the tap.
Switch the washing machine off and then on again.
Call Miele if a restart is unsuccessful.
The door is not closed properly. The door lock could not
engage.
Close the door again.
Start the programme again.
Call Miele if a restart is unsuccessful.
A fault has been detected in the heating system.
Call Miele Professional Service.
Disinfection programmes will be cancelled if this fault
message appears.
To continue the programme without heating, press the
 button.
The thermo-switch of the drive motor has tripped.
Allow the motor to cool down.
When the motor has cooled down, press the  button.
The direction dependent imbalance switch has tripped.
Press the  button.
Call Miele if a restart is unsuccessful.
A fault has been detected in the drainage system.
Check the on-site drainage system.
Press the  button.
Call Miele if a restart is unsuccessful.
The dispensing container is empty.
Fill the dispensing container or replace the dispensing
container.
Press the  button.
Call Miele Professional Service if the message continues to
be displayed.
