Manage Recorded Calls
Once calls are recorded and saved on a USB drive, users may review, play and edit or remove those
recordings from the USB drive when it is connected to Trio.
Browse Recorded Calls
1.
Connect the USB flash drive to Trio.

Navigate to
The list of recordings on the drive is displayed for selection and review.
Play a Recorded Call
1.
Connect the USB flash drive to Trio.

Navigate to

Tap to select a recording.

Tap to select
The length of the recording and a progress bar display as the recording plays.
Pause and Resume Played Recordings
While playing a recording, you can pause the recording, perform another task on the phone, and
resume the recording at any time.
When you receive an incoming call while playing a recording, the recording is paused automatically. If
you do not answer or reject the incoming call, the recording remains paused until you select Resume.
Press Pauseto stop the recording to perform another action.

when you are finished listening to a recording to stop playing the recording and return to the
list.
Rename a Recording
By default, recordings are labeled with the date of the recording. Users can rename recordings to
provide them with more meaningful names while viewing them from the USB drive.

Navigate to

Select Rename.
4.
Update the file name and press OK.
Delete a Recording
To remove an unwanted/unneeded recording from a USB drive:
1.
Connect the USB drive to Trio.
2.
Navigate to

Select Delete.
