You can access the following screens on the phone: • Home screen: Displays your messages, settings and information. • Place a Call screen: Enables quick access to the dial pad, Recent Calls, Contacts and Calendar. • Calls screen: Displays all active and held calls on your line. To access the Home screen: The Home screen on RealPresence Trio displays the icons you can select to access features, settings and... - Page 6 To access the Calls screen: The Calls screen on RealPresence Trio is displayed automatically when you place a call and you have an active call in progress. When you have an active call in progress, the name and number of the contact you are talking with and the duration of the call is displayed in the Calls screen, as shown next.

Call Features To place a call: You can place a call from Contacts, Recent Calls or to a favorite. Do one of the following from the Home screen and the contact will be dialed automatically: • Tap Place a Call, enter the phone number, and tap green call icon. •... - Page 8 Conference Calling You can initiate a conference call with up to four contacts. To set up a conference call: Call a contact. Tap Add and enter your contact’s number or select a contact from Contacts or Recent Calls. On calls screen, tap merge calls key to complete conference. To join two calls into a conference call: You can also join an active and held call into a conference call.
- Page 9 Bluetooth Calling If Bluetooth is enabled, you can pair and connect your Bluetooth-capable phone or tablet with the conference phone. To connect a Bluetooth device: On your device, turn on Bluetooth and select the RealPresence Trio in the list of available systems and devices.

Contacts To view the Contact Directory: Navigate to Contacts and tap Contact Directory. To add a contact to the Contact Directory: In the Contact Directory, tap the plus sign. Enter the contact’s information and tap Save. To add a favorite: You can add contacts as favorites. -
