Troubleshooting Tips
Check RealPresence Trio Visual+ Status
If the local or far-end's video stream or content is not displaying on the monitor, check the status of the
RealPresence Trio Visual+ and make sure the accessory is on and paired with the RealPresence Trio
8800. To check the status of the RealPresence Trio Visual+:

When you do not see the Calendar icon on the Home screen, or you are not receiving meeting reminders, it

If the USB camera is not working during a video call, try the following actions:
Ensure the RealPresence Trio Visual+ is paired and connected with the RealPresence Trio (Ref. section

Disconnect the USB camera from the RealPresence Trio Visual+ and then reconnect the camera.
Make sure the USB camera is a supported camera (Logitech Webcam C930e recommended).
