Static Characteristics

The static (output) characteristics of the welding power source can be described as flat during the GMAW process and drooping during the
SMAW and GTAW processes. Static characteristics are also affected by control settings (including software), electrode, shielding gas, weldment
material, and other factors. Contact the factory for specific information on the static characteristics of the welder/generator.

Duty cycle is the percentage of 10 minutes
that unit can weld at rated load without
overheating.
This unit is rated at 325 amperes DC
for continuous welding.
NOTICE – Exceeding duty cycle can dam-
age unit and void warranty.
