Quick reference

Using Find

You can use Find to search for items in any of the columns in the Client
Explorer window. For example, you can use Find to search for a particular
agent within a long list of agents.
To use Find, follow these steps:

Do one of the following:
Select User Actions > Find.
OR
OR
Right-click in the Client Explorer window, then select Find from the
popup menu.
The Find dialog box appears.
Note: The title of the Find dialog box varies:
If you are working in the Active Agent Display, the dialog box is called
Find an Active Agent.
If you are working in the Call Buckets display, the dialog box is called
Find a Call Bucket.
If you are working in the Journal Files display, the dialog box is called
Find a Journal File.

Select the column you want to search from the Field Name drop-down list.

Select an operator from the Operator drop-down list.

Type the item you are searching for in the Field Value field.
For example, if you are searching for an agent named Brian Bassett, you
would select Agent as the Field Name, select = as the Operator, and type
Brian Bassett as the Field Value, as shown below.

Select the Find icon.
