Exporting Calls Via E-Mail

The Export Using Email feature can be used to send files from the Call
Buckets display and from the Journal Files display to e-mail recipients. You
can send exported calls in the following formats:
.wav format: The .wav format captures the audio portion of the call only.
The .wav files are typically large in size.
.avi format: The .avi format captures both the audio portion of the call and
the agent screen actions associated with the call. The .avi files are typically
smaller than .wav files.
To send a call to an e-mail recipient, follow these steps:

In the Call Buckets display or in the Journal Files display, select the file(s)
you want to export. To select multiple files, hold down the Ctrl key on your
keyboard while you click on each file that you want to select.

Do one of the following:
Select User Actions > Export Using Email.
OR
Monitoring Client toolbar.
OR
Right-click on the Client Explorer window, then select Export Using
Email from the popup menu.
The Export Call Via Email dialog box appears, with the calls you have
selected displayed in the Journal Files field. The Export Call Via Email
dialog box is shown below.
