Working with Display Columns

The display information is presented in columns that can be modified in the
Client Explorer window. You can do the following to the columns:
Add or remove columns
Sort column information in ascending/descending order
Change column order
Adding or removing columns
To specify the columns that you want to have displayed in the Client Explorer
window, follow these steps:
1 Do one of the following:
Select User Actions > Display Configuration.
On the Client toolbar, select the Display Configuration icon.
Right-click the Client Explorer window, and then, depending on which
display currently appears in the Client Explorer window, select one of
the following:
The Display Configuration dialog box opens. The title of the Display
Configuration dialog box varies:
If you are working in the Active Agent display, the dialog box is called
Display Configuration for Active Agent Display.
If you are working in the Call Buckets display, the dialog box is called
Display Configuration for Call Buckets.
If you are working in the Journal Files display, the dialog box is called
Display Configuration for Journal Files.
2 Move the columns that you want to have displayed from the Available
Fields list to the Selected Fields list:
