Quick reference
You can hear the voice portion of the call on your phone, and see the
agent's screen actions in the Client Explorer window.
Note: If you cannot see the agent's entire screen in the Client Explorer
window, select View > Scale to resize.
Tip: You can complete an evaluation while monitoring a call. Leave the
Nortel Quality Monitoring Client open, and open the Evaluation
application. Resize each application window as necessary.
