10 Capturing an Image or Recording a Video
Situate the patient so that he/she is sitting comfortably.
Use the slit lamp in accordance with the instructions given in the
supplied user manual for the slit lamp.
Different image-capture screens are opened, depending on which camera
is connected. The operating concept is, however, virtually the same.
Possible image sources: USB camera, IEEE1394 FireWire
The image-capture screens for the USB camera are documented below.
If the overview screen is open:
Select whether the left or the right eye is to be captured:
for the right eye
for the left eye
The Image screen opens:

If you want to take lenghts or angles in the image later, select the
magnification that you are using for the image capture,
