SCALEO Medical assumes no liability for any injury or harm and consequences thereof directly or
indirectly caused to operators, patients, or any third party in the following cases:
•
Non-compliance of the instructions and recommendations supplied within the present user
manual,
•
Using un-adapted spare parts,
•
Assembling, adjusting and repairing carried out by non-qualified personnel or a non-authorized
distributor,
•
Incorrect use of the equipment, negligence, accident, human error, or maintenance and
cleaning with non-adapted products,
•
REGULAR PREVENTIVE AND ANNUAL MAINTENANCE IS NOT CARRIED OUT in accordance with
the annex B of the EN ISO 10535 standard, and the advices and instructions presented in this
manual.
