■ Chemicals can be harmful to individuals, animals and the
environment. Always read and follow the chemical
manufacturer's warnings and instructions regarding
proper preparation, dilution, safe use and disposal.
– Mix chemicals outdoors or in well-ventilated areas.
Never mix different chemicals unless specifically
authorized by the chemical makers.
– Rinse the container and flush the spray gun, nozzle
and hoses in an environmentally responsible
manner before re-filling the container with a different
chemical.
– Follow the chemical manufacturer's dilution
recommendations.
– Prepare the amount of chemical solution that will be
used up at one time, with no extra solution stored in
the container after finishing work.

■ Use of unauthorized batteries can damage the power tool
and result in fire, explosion and personal injury and
property damage.
– Use only genuine STIHL AP series batteries.
■ Use of STIHL AP series batteries for any purpose other
than powering STIHL power tools could be extremely
dangerous.
– Use STIHL AP series batteries only to power
compatible STIHL power tools.
■ Use of unauthorized chargers can damage the battery and
result in fire, explosion and personal injury and property
damage.
– Use only genuine STIHL AL 101, AL 300 or AL 500
series chargers to charge STIHL AP series batteries.
■ The battery contains safety features and devices which, if
damaged, may allow the battery to generate heat, rupture,
leak, ignite or explode.
