5 IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
■ To reduce the risk of serious personal injury from
unintentional starting or fluid seepage from the spray
nozzle:
– Never carry the spraying attachment with your finger
on the trigger switch.
– Be sure the retaining latch is in the locked position
before inserting or removing the battery.
– Remove the battery before assembling,
transporting, inspecting, cleaning,
servicing, maintaining or storing the
sprayer, and any other time it is not in
use.
– Never leave the sprayer unattended when the
battery is inserted.
– Always switch off the sprayer, remove the battery
and depress the trigger switch to depressurize the
system after use.
– Never store the battery in the sprayer.

Holding and Controlling the Sprayer
WARNING
■ To maintain a firm grip and properly control your sprayer:
– Keep the spray attachment clean at all times. Keep
it free of pitch, oil, grease and resin.
■ To reduce the risk of serious or fatal injuries to the
operator or bystanders from loss of control:
– Always hold the spray gun firmly when you are
working.
– Wrap your fingers tightly around the spray gun.
– Position the spray attachment in such a way that all
parts of your body are clear of the spray jet.
