8 Troubleshooting

If any issue occurs, please try the following solutions.
Issue
The machine fails to boot up
The machine is unable to
complete its localisation
(Only when using Keenbot
Laser)
The machine is not charging
(The charging indicator of
the charger lights green)
The machine does not move
Navigation is not
functioning
The machine does not emit
background music (BGM) or
speech notification
The machine operates
abnormally
The machine falls over
① When the battery level is low, use the charger to charge
the machine.
② If the problem persists, contact customer support.
① Turn the power off.
② Move the machine under the center of three ceiling
tags (predetermined position).
③ Turn the power on.
④ If the problem persists, contact customer support.
① If the charging indicator of the charger does not light
red, unplug and plug again the cable in below order
from 1 to 3.
② If the problem persists, contact customer support.
① Turn the power off, turn it on when the machine is in
a place where the ceiling tags can be easily seen and
check if the machine moves.
② If the problem persists, contact customer support.
① If the machine gets out of a map, turn the power off,
move the machine near the Home position and restart
the navigation.
② Make sure not to cover the top camera with cloth or
anything else. Clean it when it's dirty
③ If the problem persists, contact customer support.
① When there is no BGM or speech, or the volume is low,
adjust the volume.
② If the problem persists, contact customer support.
Turn the power off, and contact customer support.
