Do not cover the sensors of the machine.
Otherwise, it may cause a malfunction or damage to the surrounding objects.
Do not use the machine in a location with steps, on an uneven floor (mosaic tiles, carpets
with a length of 1 cm or more, etc.), on a sloped surface or on wet floors.
Otherwise, the LiDAR sensor, the 3D camera or the top camera may not operate correctly,
and the machine may roll over or fall, which may cause injury or damage to the surrounding
people and objects.
Keep the aisle path where the machine is used clean at all times.
If the machine rides on a small obstacle or object such as a fork, spoon or chopsticks, the items
on the trays may fall or it may cause injury, failure or malfunction.
Make sure that the operator is able to respond immediately if something unexpected
happens while the machine is moving. If you feel any danger, press the stop button.
Otherwise, this may lead to injury or damage to the user, third persons or surrounding objects.
Be careful not to get dust or food (sauce, etc.) on the LiDAR sensor, the 3D camera or the
top camera.

Do not place items that exceed maximum loading capacity on a tray.

• Use of four trays: 10 kg for each tray (Total 40 kg)
• Use of 4th level tray (lowest) only: 15 kg
Do not take items from a tray when the machine is moving.

For added safety, areas that contain any of the following characteristics should not be
included in drivable sections of a map.
Otherwise, it may cause injury, malfunction or damages to surrounding objects.
• Areas with steps higher than 1 cm, floors that are uneven, contain large cracks, or have
significant transitions from one material to another (ex. carpet to tile)
• Ramps or sloped surfaces
• Designated play areas for children
• Reflective or transparent objects (windows, mirrors, etc.)
• Surfaces covered with black tape (a material with very low light reflectivity)
• An exposed downward escalator or stairs
• Lofted environments with no guardrail (open balcony, mezzanine, etc.)
• Outdoors
• Areas with strong sunlight, such as near a window
• Devices that emit infrared rays, such as automatic doors
• Floor drains or areas prone to standing water
Do not leave any item (food) on a tray for a long period of time.
For food hygiene, do not leave it unattended or out of reach.
