1 Introduction

Keenbot is a meal / item delivery robot provided by SoftBank Robotics which aims to work
together with staff at restaurants, hotels, inns and retail stores.
This Keenbot Operational Manual (hereinafter referred to as "this manual") provides operating
instructions for both Keenbot and Keenbot Laser models. Any model-specific information or
instructions will be explicitly stated as such. To identify your machine's model, locate the "Model"
section of the information sticker under its expression display and compare to the following key:
For Keenbot: T5
For Keenbot Laser: T5-LS
